Agora have been appointed to design and oversee construction of a new 3-storey multipurpose building including a vet suite, cafe, offices, board rooms, display area, and small animal rooms / facilities. The building's total floor area is 1166m2. Also a new covered parking building incorporating dog runs was required, extensive external works and forming 3 new car parks. This was to replace their outdated facilities.

We are pleased to announce that the works to provide additional and improved existing student rooms at The National Stud in Newmarket, are now handed over and are benefiting the students on the studs residential courses. This project followed on from our successful conversion of an underused grain store into a lecture theatre with equine demonstration area last year, and thereby allowing the students to be housed close by on site to their study areas.
